Description

This track profile is designed to hide the track into the ceiling. This recessed tracks sit flush with the ceiling.

The maximum length of 1 piece of track is 6m without a joiner.

Color: White, if any other colors, please specify within the additional notes the exact colour, code and brand range.
Powder coat charges will apply, which are not included in the above quoted price.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

– Discussion with any builders involved should be undertaken as early as possible.

– It is highly recommended that there be solid fixing above the area where the tracks are to be
installed. This will ensure all the screws can be placed correctly and fixed into solid timber
(Remember, you can’t use GIB Anchors as the track is attached above the GIB line).

– The GIB cuts will need to be at least 14.3mm wide to fit the track profile, but no wider than 20mm
to ensure they remain covered by the track flange.

– Screws must be positioned at each end of the track, and no further apart than 500mm along the
length of the track.

– Fitters must take care not to make contact with the glide channel when drilling screw holes or
inserting the screws (No warranty will be honoured for damage to the glide channel caused during
fitting).

– It is recommended the track is placed on a solid level surface when drilling the screw holes. – Fitters must use the screws provided (otherwise warranty will be voided).

– Fitters must ensure all the screws are tightened fully and not protruding inside the track. – Recommended Drill Bit size: 2.5mm – Recommended Driver size: SQ1
