I'm not happy with my products, what do I do?
Made to measure products are custom made to your precise requirements. They are suitable only for your purchase. Therefore cannot be canceled or returned. Because of this, it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We advise that you take advantage of our free sample service before placing an order, we cannot be held responsible if you dislike the color or the general quality of the product. We strongly recommend that you double check your order to ensure that the products ordered and measurements taken are correct.
Can I return if I give a wrong measurement?
We cannot accept returns or refund the money if you have given us incorrect measurements. Please make sure you measure your windows correctly before purchasing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
When your order is being processed, we will not accept cancellations or changes.
Most fabrics are dyed and therefore each batch can vary slightly in shade. Due to colour variations between product batches we cannot guarantee shade matching for previous orders, in addition the sample despatched to you may also be slightly different in shade to the eventual order received. Due to the print design of some pattern fabrics it may be that the sample despatched does not show the full range of colours or pattern design, if you are in any doubt as to the precise nature of the fabric you are advised to call our customer services team for further advice.
You will most likely receive your curtains at the exact same size that you ordered. External variants such as temperature and moist level have very little effects on the size of fabrics. Thus this is not something you have to worry about. In general, a size difference of 3/4" (2cm) is acceptable.
